The A-list Malaysian Feast is created by Chef Steven Seow and his team, offering Chef’s star dishes such as Stuffed Whole Lamb Kuzi served with Nasi Briyani, Vegetable Dhall, Cucumber and Pineapple Acar, Papadom, and Mint-Tomato Yoghurt, Nasi Lemak, Satay, Rendang Ayam, Roasted Whole Chicken with Green Peppercorn Sauce, served with Local Market Buttered Vegetables
The buffet line-up offers an extensive selection of Malay dishes and regional specialities, along with appetisers, salad, condiments, breads, soups, main dishes, action counters and desserts.
Here is my thoughts, I just love their laksa sarawak, truly delcious that came with the buffet. The lamb was lovely, moist and tender. The satay was good as it was grilled from fresh. The rendang was gorgeous which the chicken rice was amazing delicious, you can take as many chicken you want, god chilli sauce and loads of minced ginger. I love their unpretentious rojak which had a variety for deluxe fruits. I just like it here, taking my time to indulge the food here is a must. . . . . Sidney Kan.
